Are you trying to delete your Cosmology@Home account or your entire Boinc account? I am not sure you can do either once you have results returned.

You can try sending a private message to Marius or just hope he sees your forum post.

if you want to get rid of / loose your account from the likes of boincstats sites etc
then change your email address on the project account page to anything like
ihatemyaccount@nonexistantisp.com
and the password to
no1iseverg01ng2uset15everagain
or somthing like that
the data will still exist though no longer have any connection to you or your other projects
KABOOM :)

Me too. Just want to delete the Cosmology@home account, it has too many computing errors thus wasting my computer time.

You just remove the project using the BOINC manager. You can set 'no new tasks', abort all work units, force an update and then delete the project if you want to be a bit more polite.
