It does appear that the project is not devoting sufficient resources to make this a top-notch, viable project, although it is still in Beta... <edit> Hopefully after all the \"lessons learned\" during this Beta process, the project will be committed to fixing what went wrong.


That\'s my concern, I wonder about the efficacy of a project if its state is always beta. It connotes lack of progress and commitment. Are \"lessons being learned\"?

I ask myself if this project is still in beta because 1) it just doesn\'t know how to get itself functioning properly (lacks commitment, money or expertise); or 2) the state of beta is a convenient cover up for any shortcoming that arises.

I don\'t mind giving any project the benefit while ramping up but one expects to see somewhat continuous improvement not total collapse. I\'m just not comfortable with a scenario that requires \"beta mode\" as a crutch, nor one where the project principals are in never-never land.

Oops - just revisited - project still dead in the water and no news.....
Not much changes there then.

How much external funding has been spent on this experience......
