I've noticed that since joining C@H, the credits I've earned with C@H don't add to my existing credits earned through other projects. I used the same information to create my account here as I did on other projects. Anyone have any ideas?

Does this happen on all stats sites, or just on one of them? It's probably your CPUID which is out of sync. Easiest way to fix it, is to attach to the first project you ever joined on a machine, and also to all the projects you recently did some work for. Let Boinc contact the server for all these projects, then it should solve itself. You don't need to download work for all these projects, just pushing "Update" should do it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Just happened to me too...

[BAT]tutta55 is quite right, but attaching only one host to the first ever project does not work for everyone - I had to attach all hosts to S@H (my first project) to even the CPID out.

Now I keep S@H at 0.1% as a backup project on every host. Only if I put in a new host there is little CPID hickup (mostly with RS and C@H) but this evens out after the first couple of updates.

I re-attached to every project I've done work for and started with Seti@home (my first project) and worked my way through the list and now my stats from all those other projects are showing. My C@H stats aren't up on the list though. I will check back again later to see if my new C@H stats populate.

Tutta55, you were absolutely correct! Thank you very much for the assistance!
