Seems as if 3,6,3 is not enough

Some info from here.

I briefly read what had happened earlier this morning before I went to work. As I had no time to do anything, I let my 2 pc\'s at home run as they allways have, and planned to fix them later when I got home.

Looking at my own computer stats, the situation at home is the following. Both have uploaded and reported several wu\'s, and both have downloaded several wu\'s. So all seems to be working at home.

I guess that this is because I regged earlier this month and used the new url and not the old one mentioned in this thread, or ??

We go forward, we go back.

Success/Error/Total results is now 3/3/6.

Thx Scott. Looks much better now, not one single miss on the old P3

And yet another one that will go down the same road when finished by me

http://www.cosmologyathome.org/workunit.php?wuid=1057111

These are \"old\" wu\'s, is it in anyway possible to

1. Delete all these wu from the database, INSTEAD off resending them

or

2. Do a mass update off all wu\'s to reflect the above change

Jeff, I agree with you. 2 is probably too low as max # of errors. Maybe a scheme like max # of error/total/success 3,6,3 or even 5,8,3 would be more appropriate.

@B52: Your machine is 13195, right? Because the WU handled by machine 3592 did hit a real error.

Yes Tutta m8, mine is 13195.

I think the max# of error/total/success needs to be bumped up as it is currently set too low and will keep this scenario from being an issue. The low numbers are a remnant of having bad results last year ,was set low for that reason, and never got bumped back up when everything was smooth again.

Thx m8
