Hi all. As you might have noticed, cosmologyathome.org was unreachable for the last ~2.5 days. This was due to a failure properly reregistering our domain name after moving the server from one university to another earlier this year. In addition, as we couldn't contact you via the website, we tried to send out email notification of the issue, but due to a problem with the server software many of you did not receive this email. We'll work on addressing this so in the future it doesn't happen again. All should be back to normal now, although it may take as long as another 24 hours for the domain to fully propagate everywhere. We greatly apologize for this extended down time. |

Why does the remaining time on a run increase instead of decreasing? It is keeping my other programs from running. |

Paulie, the time remaining is just an estimate. Boinc doesn't estimate the time well with some applications. Your other programs should eventually run and the 'sharing' should sort itself out. It just takes a while. |
