BOINC will still not change between projects. It will Run one and ignore the others. There is an option to change project every so many minutes ? Will this ever be fixed to work ? Or Will I just have to go to running only one project ?

I just crunch on project at a time. I'm not seeing that you have any tasks in progress in any of your projects. Are you crunching anything that doesn't show on your account page?

Boinc will switch between projects based on a time but it also has a complicated formula it uses to decide which project gets priority over another project. You can change the time to switch between the projects from the default to almost antyhing you want, I use 90 minutes. But if you are running a long cpu project like Cosmology and then also a short one like MalariaControl it will cause problems with the priority formula.
